This masterclass is for you if you are starting, changing, or scaling your career
The session meets you at the level you are, with a practical route for your current stage and next move.
Feeling stuckUnderpaidConfused where to startReady for a stronger career
What you would learn
Leave with clarity, direction, and a confident next step to start in tech
Why listen to me?
Your starting point does not define your destination
I did not begin in technology. I worked as a security guard with no traditional route into the industry. Building practical skills, creating evidence, and learning how to position myself changed how the market saw me.
Today, I am a Senior Developer, Tech Consultant, Founder, and Multi Award Winning Tech Entrepreneur. In this masterclass, I will show you the system behind that transformation, while helping you build a route that fits your own starting point.

Pathway to Salesforce Experience
“When I embarked on this program, the Pathway to Salesforce (PTS), my skills in the tech industry were limited. Godwin, the mentor, shares a narrative about his personal experience that motivated me to be consistent in daily practice. I am a beneficiary of that. PTS is a very transparent and supportive platform. Godwin goes the extra mile to ensure he supports students and identifies their strengths and areas for development. Empowering us has motivated me to build confidence and maintain consistency. Through this approach, I can undertake and complete project tasks independently. Using AI has been a significant change-maker in my studies. This includes positive outcomes in quizzes and projects. Furthermore, practising with the AI Coach mentor has enhanced my communication skills and knowledge of Salesforce. For non-tech people. I am encouraged to sign up immediately because PTS is educational, supportive and transparent.”
