1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit a Pathway website, register for a masterclass, purchase a program, complete an access form, join a Pathway community, contact support, or otherwise interact with Pathway to Salesforce, referred to here as Pathway.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Your name, email address, telephone number, country, and other contact details.
- Masterclass registration details, selected session, responses submitted through forms, and support messages.
- Purchase, program, onboarding, and community access information.
- Any career goals, experience, profile details, or other information you choose to share during the program.
Information collected automatically
- Device, browser, approximate location, page views, referral source, campaign information, and interaction data.
- Cookie and similar technology data used for essential operation, security, measurement, and marketing attribution.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe and any payment method provider shown within Stripe Checkout. Pathway may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount, currency, customer contact information, and a limited payment method description. Pathway does not receive or store your full card number.
3. How we use information
- Register you for a masterclass and deliver confirmations, reminders, session access, and replay information.
- Process purchases, confirm payment, activate program access, and support your onboarding.
- Deliver training, mentorship, Pathway AI access, community access, and customer support.
- Personalize communications and improve our pages, programs, support, and user experience.
- Measure advertising and campaign performance where permitted.
- Use your career audit answers about recent action, timing, attendance plans, available study time, your defined next action, requested support, and funding readiness to prioritize human follow up. Motivation, employment situation, barriers, location, and contact permission are not used to calculate priority. Funding readiness contributes only a small part of the score and is never required for a high priority classification. These internal priorities do not determine programme eligibility.
- Protect against fraud, misuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Meet accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, and record keeping obligations.
4. When information is shared
We may share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate the funnel and deliver the service, including:
- Stripe and payment method providers for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, receipts, and payment disputes.
- WebinarKit for webinar registration, session selection, reminders, watch room access, and replay delivery.
- GoHighLevel or LeadConnector for forms, contact records, messages, tags, and onboarding automation.
- Hosting, analytics, email, messaging, video, community, and customer support providers.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or authorities where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary.
We do not sell your full payment card details. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to Pathway.
5. Communications and your choices
We send transactional messages needed to deliver registrations, purchases, access, reminders, and support. Where permitted, we may also send educational or promotional messages. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. You can ask us to stop promotional text messages by replying STOP where that option is available. Transactional messages may continue when needed to provide a service you requested.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our funnel reporting records page paths, campaign tags, referral domains, approximate country when available, and actions such as opening registration, clicking a calendar or WhatsApp link, and submitting the career audit. A browser tab identifier connects visits on this domain. This reporting does not store complete page query strings, full IP addresses, or career audit answers as analytics events.
We use Microsoft Clarity on our visitor pages to understand interactions through heatmaps and session recordings, including clicks, scrolling, navigation, and registration steps. Clarity masks form input content in recordings. Our custom Clarity events contain action names rather than your form answers, name, email address, or telephone number. Clarity may use cookies and other technologies subject to its consent settings. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for more information about Microsoft's handling of this data.
Our pages may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the service working, remember preferences, protect forms, understand page performance, and attribute registrations or purchases to campaigns. Your browser may allow you to block or remove cookies, although some functionality may then be limited.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by record type and legal obligation. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. International use
Pathway and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Local privacy protections may differ between countries.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. To make a request, email support@pathwaytosalesforce.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and lawful exceptions may apply.
10. Children
Pathway services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated date shown at the top tells you when the current version took effect. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
