Terms of Service

These terms govern registration, purchase, access, and participation across Pathway masterclasses, training, mentorship, technology, and community services.

Last updated September 6, 2026

1. Agreement

By registering, purchasing, accessing, or using a Pathway service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any purchase terms displayed in Stripe Checkout. If you do not agree, do not register, purchase, or use the service.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate contact, registration, billing, and access information, and to keep your account and unique access links secure. Access is for the purchaser or registered participant only unless Pathway agrees otherwise in writing.

3. Educational services

Pathway provides educational content, structured training, mentorship support, practical projects, career preparation, technology tools, and community experiences. Specific inclusions, duration, access periods, schedules, and support channels are those stated on the applicable offer or checkout page at the time of purchase.

General mentorship or mentor team access does not mean that a permanently assigned private mentor, unlimited individual support, internship, or placement is included unless the offer expressly says so.

4. No guaranteed outcome

Pathway does not guarantee employment, promotion, salary, earnings, certification, interview, internship, visa outcome, client work, or any other career or financial result. Your results depend on many factors outside Pathway’s control, including your starting point, participation, effort, market conditions, location, experience, and employer decisions. Please read the Earnings Disclaimer.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices, discounts, currency, taxes, and payment schedules are shown before payment. You authorize Stripe and the payment method provider you select to process the amount shown in checkout. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated. Buy now pay later and installment services are provided by third parties, are subject to eligibility and approval, and may have separate terms with the provider.

6. Refunds, cancellation, and access

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy shown before purchase and by any mandatory rights that apply where you live. Once working access to your purchased digital content, training, products or community is provided, or delivery of your purchased coaching or mentorship begins, the payment is nonrefundable except where required by applicable law or agreed by Pathway in writing. Free masterclass attendance does not establish access to a paid purchase. An optional upgrade is assessed separately from the core program.

7. Intellectual property

Pathway content, recordings, slides, frameworks, prompts, software, templates, branding, and training materials are owned by Pathway or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, nontransferable right to use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, share login access, record restricted sessions, scrape, reverse engineer, or create competing materials from Pathway content without written permission.

8. Community and participation standards

You agree to communicate respectfully, protect the privacy of other participants, avoid harassment or discrimination, and refrain from spam, unlawful activity, dishonest representation, or sharing confidential information. Pathway may remove content, restrict participation, or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, participants, or Pathway’s rights.

9. Third party services

The funnel may use third party services including Stripe, WebinarKit, GoHighLevel or LeadConnector, Vimeo, YouTube, Skool, and other service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Pathway is not responsible for an outage, decision, eligibility assessment, or separate contractual obligation controlled by a third party.

10. Service changes and availability

Pathway may reasonably update schedules, instructors, platforms, lesson order, support processes, tools, or equivalent program elements to improve delivery, maintain security, or respond to circumstances outside its control. If a material paid element becomes unavailable, Pathway may provide an equivalent replacement or another remedy required by law.

11. Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for your decisions, applications, representations to employers, use of AI generated suggestions, and compliance with local laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathway is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the service. If a concern arises, contact support@pathwaytosalesforce.com first so we can review it. These terms do not remove any mandatory protections or rights available under the laws that apply to you.
