Refund Policy

No refunds after access to your purchased training, digital products or community is provided, except where required by applicable law. Please read this policy before paying.

Last updated September 6, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid Pathway masterclasses, training, mentorship, digital content, coaching, community access, Pathway AI access, optional support upgrades, and related educational services purchased through this funnel or a linked Stripe checkout.

2. Digital access and service delivery

Access begins when working access to the content, products or community included in your purchase is provided, or delivery of your purchased session, coaching or mentorship begins. This includes working member access, viewing purchased lessons or replays, downloading purchased resources, or receiving the purchased coaching or support.

Attending a free masterclass does not count as receiving a paid purchase. An optional coaching upgrade is a separate purchase, and its access or delivery must be assessed separately from the core program. A payment or a visit to a welcome page alone does not establish that working access was delivered.

3. Before access begins

If you believe you purchased in error and access or delivery has not begun, contact support@pathwaytosalesforce.com promptly. Pathway will review the timing and account records. A request does not automatically create a right to a refund. If an access link does not work, contact support so the problem can be resolved. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights still apply.

4. What is not normally refundable

  • Change of mind after access or delivery begins.
  • Failure to attend, complete, or participate in available training, mentorship, or community activities.
  • Dissatisfaction caused by a result that was not guaranteed, including employment, salary, certification, internship, promotion, or business outcomes.
  • Loss of access caused by a serious or repeated breach of Pathway’s Terms of Service or community standards.
  • Fees, interest, or obligations charged separately by a buy now pay later or other payment provider.

5. Transfers and deferrals

Purchases are personal and are not transferable, exchangeable, or deferrable by default. Pathway may choose to offer a reasonable deferral or alternative access arrangement in an exceptional case, but doing so does not create an entitlement for other purchases.

6. Buy now pay later and installment payments

Selecting Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay, or another payment provider does not change this policy. If a refund is legally required or approved by Pathway, it is processed through the original payment route and remains subject to the provider’s processing times and separate agreement with you. You must continue meeting provider obligations unless the provider confirms otherwise.

7. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged twice or a transaction was unauthorized. Include the purchaser name, checkout email, transaction date, and receipt reference where available. Pathway may ask Stripe or the relevant provider to investigate before a remedy is issued.

8. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived. If consumer law in your location requires a cancellation right, refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy, that law applies to the extent required.

9. How to contact us

Send refund related questions to support@pathwaytosalesforce.com. Use the email address used at checkout and explain the issue clearly. We may request information needed to locate and verify the transaction.

10. Agreement and records

Before paying, you must select the checkbox accepting the Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. Checkout acceptance records document your agreement to the policy. Access delivery and participation records are separate and may be reviewed when resolving an access issue or refund request. Agreement to this policy does not waive any payment dispute or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
